In addition to his responsibilities at Hipercept he is a Director and Partner at Hipercept Applications, the product arm supplying software solutions for Hipercept’s managed services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Aquatic Biology from Deakin University in Warrnambool, Australia.
President & COO
Glenn has considerable experience in the establishment, funding and development of services and technology companies that serve the commercial real estate and financial services industries. Over 25+ years, he has invented entirely new business models and led them into substantial ventures on behalf of world-class clients and investors. His founding ventures include KLIK Technologies (acquired by Union Bank), Realm Business Solutions (now Argus Software), rCash (acquired by Yardi Systems), Vizables, The Montauk Group, and NOI Strategies. Glenn has worked on behalf of many of the most recognized names in global real estate and Fortune 1000 corporations. Glenn studied Finance at Long Island University as well as Packaging Science and Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Colin leads Hipercept’s Advisory team. Mr. Kovas brings over 20 years of experience establishing global strategies for major investment management firms in operations and management, with a focus on technology. Mr. Kovas is a leader in large scale business transformations in the Real Estate, Telecommunications and Financial Services verticals. He has successfully lead complex financial software implementations, transformed data management operations and streamlined business processes for many Fortune 500 companies.
Chief Data Officer
Prabhakar Jeyapathy (“PJ”) is Hipercept’s Chief Data Officer. He has over 20+ years of experience having led high profile data management initiatives on behalf of the world’s leading financial institutions including Citicorp, Societé Generale, CSFB, TIAA-CREF and Goldman Sachs. Most recently, he was responsible for leading the development of the global data warehouse platform needed to support Citicorp’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) as mandated by the Federal Reserve and in accordance with the Dodd-Frank Act’s supervisory stress testing program. PJ possesses the rare ability to articulate highly-complex technical matters using language and real-world examples that normal business people can understand. Under PJ’s command, Hipercept is fundamentally altering the way the commercial real estate investment interests think about and use data.
Lisa is responsible for human resources, administration and global office operations. Previously she was Director of HR at Hipercept responsible for benefits and compensation, as well as employment policies and procedures. Prior to working at Hipercept, Lisa worked as an educator as well as an instructional coach in public schools. Lisa holds a BA in English from Boston College and a Master’s Degree from University of Massachusetts, Lowell
Seema is a qualified management accountant with experience focused on budgeting, forecasting, and system implementation from a business user role. Seema has worked in budgeting and forecasting for 10 years. Seema has gained knowledge of not just the financial elements of budgeting and forecasting within the property industry, but has also worked with treasury, group consolidation, asset management, investment analysis teams, and a systems project team. Previously, Seema worked for Land Securities in a variety of roles including the system implementation of budgeting and asset management software, and Cougar, playing a key business analyst role in the implementation.
Mark has over 20 years of experience as a developer with leadership roles implementing and supporting trading, risk management and asset management systems. He has extensive expertise in mortgage analytics, asset backed securities, loan syndication and institutional real estate. Prior to joining Hipercept, Mark was VP at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch heading their Principal Investments technology group and he had lead developer roles in their Mortgage Technology and Institutional Loans Groups. Mark holds a BA in Microbiology from Colorado State University.
Partner Management Services
Mark has over 20 years of experience in information technology project management, business analysis, and application management in the financial services industry working with commercial real estate, private equity and private placement debt. Mark was a VP at Prudential Real Estate responsible for several real estate property management, data quality and reporting applications. Mark has significant expertise in planning and managing large, multi-phase, global technology projects. He has successfully customized, configured and implemented several accounting, real estate information management and business intelligence reporting applications for both domestic and international businesses. Mark has an extensive track record in the design, delivery and on-going management of cost effective, high quality applications. Prior to joining Hipercept, Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Finance from Montclair State University.
Samantha is responsible for leading Hipercept’s various application and product development initiatives. Her product accomplishments include Voyanta, SiiLA, and others. She has considerable experience providing product development and managed services on behalf of many of the world’s leading commercial real estate investment management firms. Samantha is expert in all aspects of the commercial real estate front office, including valuation, cash flow forecasting, modeling, and analysis. Accordingly, she is one of the leading authorities in the utilization of industry standard software solutions including Argus Enterprise and MRI Investment Management (formerly Cougar).
Alejandra runs Hipercept’s Colombian operations. She has consulted and partnered with many of the leading commercial real estate firms in South America. Her business knowledge and technology background enable her to draw invaluable insights and provide sound guidance to her clients. Prior to joining Hipercept, Alejandra ran successful strategic initiatives to companies within the construction industry.
North America & Europe
Director of Business Development
Benny is responsible for all new sales initiatives at Hipercept within North America and Europe. He has led and grown several successful business development programs in the past, raising in excess of $400mm for one of the largest private equity funds in New York. His background in accounting and finance and his business development skills, allow him to successfully focus on the importance of solving the commercial real estate data management challenge. Benny’s client acquisition program has been a pivotal element of success for Hipercept, contributing heavily to the firm’s rapid sales growth over the past few years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University, in New Zealand.
